Very unprofessional, didn't seem to be concerned about my visit. Felt as if I was bothering him with me being there. I have seen others at this location and was shocked by the his lack of professionalism to say the least.

Derek was the worst provider we have ever seen in our lives. When my wife was ill for over a month he blew off all her symptoms and did nothing. We had to ask for all her testing and when the results would come in the staff would have to make multiple attempts to get him to review them. Once taking 2 weeks to read results that were back in 3 days. After almost 2 months we switched providers we got our simple answer. All that time suffering because this poor excuse for a health care professional did not listen to one thing we said. We would tell him what was wrong and he would repeat back something completely different. He appeared distracted and bothered by our visits. Highgate medical however is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. If I could give Derek negative stars I would. I can't imagine how many patients are out there ill because of this man's lack of interest in doing his job. Its absolutely disgusting this man is employed by such a wonderful office.

Wonderful provider. Compassionate. Lucky to have him.
