Derek tries to use a variety of approaches in order to help and work along side his clients. He has used CBT, DBT, ACT, Person Centered, and Solution Focused. He also has used a trauma informed approach with his clients who have any history of PTSD, trauma, or abuse (of any kind). He looks forward to working with you.
