Great doctor
This was my 1 day after surgery appointment and Dr. Phelps answered all my questions and concerns and was concerned about whether I had eye pain, he put numbing drops to stop the irritation. He explained about the swelling in the eye and that my vision would continue to improve as swelling receded. Great professionalism and concern for the patient.
