Pleasantly surprised
Went to see him for the first time, with severe neck shoulder pain and the lower back pain. The staff was very friendly and the Dr. Explained why I was having such bad pain. Felt much better now knowing what is wrong, and the treatment he started me on.

DISAPPOINTED
When I first encountered Mr. Rhoton at the Medical Care facility-to discuss concerns over my 'care' at the facility- he exhibited agitation over my concerns. Due to communication issues, after follow-up, I continued jogging with a metatarsal fracture and torn spring ligament. I was also unexpectedly charged $70. For a boot I later found for $4.99 at Good Will. Despite making a later appointment, I canceled soon after. Despite the risk of future injury, I would rather save my hard-earned money to pay for a more qualified physician.
