Deronna Moore is one of the most knowledgeable and caring medical providers that I know. In seeing a complaint about her office closing and being moved to another location and not being notified sounds like a problem with the admin staff and receptionists, not the provider. That is who you talk to when you setup an appointment. Also, it just sounds like she has gotten the bad end of a deal to have to move around like that. I will follow her because I cannot find such care anywhere else.

I patient of Deronna's. She did not work for herself, she worked for a company (AAYM). They closed her clinic and moved her to Morristown, which was then their responsibility to tell you that she left. She then left that company by her own choice. Most likely due to they way they did patients like you. If that was your only complaint on her, it sounds like she did a good job with your medical care. This is a AAYFM complaint, not a medial care complaint. Please know the difference.

I had appointment on 09/27/18 at 8:30 am in the Bulls Gap, TN office and they moved in July without telling me anything about them moving and where to go to my appointment. I think it was just rotten not contacting me and telling me anything. I will not go back to Deronna Moore PA-C, I have a Doctor that cares about me now. And I just learned this morning that she moved to Morristown, TN and moved from there and is in Kingsport, TN Sounds Fishy to me. Why no contact as to moving the first time?
