Bad provider with little experience
She was visibly uninterested in helping. She proscribed me a medication and never sent it to the pharmacy even after confirming by text. She is young and inexperienced. You can tell she has never been threw any life adversities and has little experience in her profession. I tried to tell her I was suffering. She was uninterested. She gave me a referral to another doctor that would not help me due to her diagnosis codes.

Lifesaver
Desiree is amazing. I came to her with PTSD, BiPolar, Depression and other issues and she was always straight forward and compassionate with me. We worked through finding me the right therapist and getting my medication in line. She's fantastic and I highly recommend her to everyone.

So glad we found her!
We had seen a therapist and a neurologist to help my son with ADHD and ODD. Nothing was working. We came to Desiree and she started at the beginning to find the appropriate medications. I can’t believe how specific she was so we could problem solve. She got us in touch with a new therapist along with other recommendations. She even conditioned my son to be much more vocal about his needs and feelings so he could advocate for himself. She has helped me get my son back.

She has been a lifesaver!
I have been seeing Desiree for several years now and she has helped me so much. She is a good listener and goes over and beyond to make sure the medication is a good fit and that it continues to work for you.

Desiree Provencio...STAY CLEAR of this woman. She'll have you on meds you have no business being on and she is not a nice person or very compassionate.

She just puts people on meds with no other intervention. My son went to her and she gave him meds just because he said he has anger management when she should have told him to get counseling first. She wants to put him on lamotrogin that didn't help with his anger
