Deven Braden, PA

I've had knee pain for almost a year because I think I keep re-injuring it. The pain was throbbing, keeping me up at night and I could not bear full weight on it so I was using crutches to get around. I finally decided to go to my urgent care clinic. It cost me nothing for an x-ray and injection. I was skeptical but then I woke up the next morning with no pain, slept all night and can now bear weight on it. I'm so grateful. Deven was so gracious and attentive and I felt very privileged to get someone with knee injury experience. He has a great deal of knowledge and he delivered the shot into my knee like a pro. He gave me great recommendations and excellent care. He was prompt and he spent the time to hear me out fully. This young man is going places in life and I wish him all the best that life has to offer.

He is the ONLY person who truly cares about his patients at Mercy Hospital. He is knowledgable, compassionate, understanding, personable & an all around wonderful person. They need more people like Deven in the medical industry, especially at Mercy Hospital. If everyone was like Deven Braden at Mercy Hospital I guarantee people would not have any complaints about the care they received. My Grandfather who passed away was treated by Deven and also he saved my friend's life when they came to the ER with Ketoacidosis and he even came to check on my friend after he was admitted to the hospital on his break. That's the kind of doctor the world needs more of. A doctor that cares enough about their patients that they're willing to take the time to personally check on the patient themselves and answer any questions the patient or their loved ones may have instead of just showing up to get a paycheck. This man deserves a A++++. It's hard to find a genuinely good person in the world these days but Deven Braden is definitely a person you can trust to care for you when you're in need. He's the only person at Mercy Hospital that I would trust. I wish he had his own practice so that we could be sure not to get one of the awful others who work at Mercy Hospital if we go to the ER.

At 75 I had a fall and my inside upper lip got a deep cut. I was very impressed with Deven Braden's triage evaluation of my injuries. He examined me for any broken bones or head or back trauma. He said xrays of my wrist and a CT scan of my head were warranted if I felt I wanted them. I declined as I felt fine other than my deep cut in my upper lip. He said he would stitch the open cut. He did an excellent job without any pain. He was very caring and professional. This was the busy ER with many patients but he took care of me with compassion.

I’m giving one star because zero isn’t an option. Never visited my son in the ER. Never entered the ER room. Got to watch Trolls 2 for the visit. Worthless!

The worst so called medical professional that I have ever encountered. He lacks all integrity and thinks nothing of making ignorant assumptions and spreading his ignorance as truth rather than his idiocy. This PA objectifies people rather than having an open mind and disguises his bias by setting unattainable standards you must meet in order to receive ANY care.
