Loved the way Dr. Landrum connected with my son and supported his feelings. He was able to establish trust very quickly and encourage my son to open up. I would recommend highly

Unprofessionalism at its finest. We had a couples therapy appointment scheduled for Saturday. He text me on Friday stating he needed to cancel since he did not hear back from billing about my insurance. I informed him that I spoke with billing on Tuesday and provided all the required info. He agreed to keep the appointment stating that billing must be busy. Then, a HOUR before our appointment on Saturday he sent me a text stating he needed to cancel without providing any apology or reason. This

Poor boundaries and honestly trying a little too hard with fitting in with my kids, and less on fixing the dynamic. Nice guy who tries hard, but not really sure where he was going with us.

He’s just ok. Poor communication, not responsive and unapologetic. I’ve sent a text message twice with no response, left a voice message and still no response. I decided to cancel his services due to communication issues via text and he responded within 5 minutes. However, I text to confirm an appointment was not responded to st all.

I recommend Mr. Devery Landrum for family therapy because of his innate ability to pick up on family dynamics, issues that need to be addressed, internal pain. He has a process unlike I have seen that is respectful and truthful and he knows when each individual is ready to hear and work on what is necessary to grow into a healthy individual and family unit.
