Devyn does an Outstanding job as a Medical provider. He takes time to explain options and upcoming procedures that help provide calm in the major storms of cancer care. Devyn worked with us to see us as quickly as possible. The entire cancer fight has been easier and far less stressful because of Devyn’s care, professionalism and concern for the best patient care. Hands down one of the BEST care providers at MUSC.

My daughter was newly assigned to Devyn and had appointment April 7, after her appt with Dr George. Been to MUSC numerous times, feeding tubes, surgeries, bowel blockages. Had recently had a blockage, local hospital, but it passed. She was in much pain, swelling body, legs, weak, losing weight, hair. Local Dr very concerned her body was not absorbing nutrients. MUSC is 2 1/2 hrs away, but Dr here said case very complicated, best to go there since they had treated her. After telling Devyn all her symptoms, my daughter and I were devastated he didn't examine her, didn't refer her to a specialist there. He suggested we look at number one, two hospitals for better care. I specifically asked him, you don't feel there is a Dr here that can help her? He said no. My daughter cried all the way home. He also never showed visit MUSC on chart. I called nurse, she said he didn't want insurance to get charged. I said we want notes in chart. Instead he removed appt from chart.

HORRIBLE! Took a manometry study 6/21/22, still No results 2 months later. No response from his office. He states I need to start medication immediately and NEVER sends it. Run far from here!
