Rude and unproffesional
I was seen for the first time by Dr. Diadira Salgado Santiago and I must say I have never experienced such an unproffesional physician. She dismissed and contradicted all my concerns and discouraged several of my suggestions to see specialists to address preventative inherited heart concerns and menopausal symptoms. I was getting so angry and annoyed but I tried to avoid conflict. She just wouldn't allow me to talk, rude and was constantly cutting me off so at that point I let her do all the talking because I realized she was obviously not a professional and probably didn't pay attention in class on bedside manor. I then told the front desk to never give me an appointment with her. I absolutely suggest if you need a doctor that makes you feel heard and your concerns to be addressed, she's not the one.
