My appointment with Ms. Harnden was one I was dreading and rescheduled twice. I was being seen for a condition that requires me to go on a specific, controlled diet. I was fearful! From phone contact with staff in her office through the visit. I was treated with kindness and care. She was so informative and easy to talk to I left knowing I could succeed! I recommend this practice to all my family and friends. Peace

Diadra has been very helpful I have been a diabetic for three years and in that time she and my doctor have helped me get my AC1 under control. Diadra has guided me and answered my questions regarding foods I can eat and has come up with plans and ideas. I never new about carbs and sugar in food. Now thanks to her I know most things by heart. Thank you for being caring. Daryle Rowland

Diadra isn't the type of nutrionist, to write 3 meals a day plans with lists of do's/don't's. She was prepared with visuals of delicious foods, addressing my allergies with methods, techniques, and resources I left feeling relieved, excited, and ready to use everything, such as One Minute Microwave Flaxseed Muffin with sugar free chocolate chips. Balanced Bites and Practical Paleo have been lifesavers. The pumpkin pancakes are AMAZING all year long.
