Complete waste of time. I thought I had made it very clear in the initial phone call that I was just looking for some information on possible treatment options and agreed to setup an appointment to do so. I found the intake form extremely unprofessional as it was littered with grammatical and logical errors. Once again, I was only looking for information, so this form was pretty useless to me anyway. On the day of the appointment, she was well over 10 mins late to the call, and seemed to have forgotten literally everything we had discussed on the phone... I felt very uncomfortable, and found her judgmental and quick to interject while I was speaking. She did most the talking, and spent a majority of the session asking me very clerical questions and spent very little time discussing my concerns or letting me ask questions. Perhaps I was not clear enough from the start, but in my experience, communication and pragmatism do not seem to be Diana's strong suit.
