Diana Look, APRN

Dr. Look is an excellent provider. She is both extremely knowledgeable about medicine and very compassionate towards her patients. I have been seeing Dr. Look for the past few years (not sure how many now. Five, I think?). My husband sees her, too. He also has high praise for her.She goes out of her way to help. We drive across town from Humble to Willowbrook to see her. I also owe her a huge debt of gratitude for helping me with problems I've had with my hands. I had a hand surgery scheduled and my surgeon went out of network. She caught it before I had the surgery and said we needed to find a new surgeon. She saved me a ton of money on a bill I would have gotten after the surgery telling me it was a lot more expensive because the doctor wasn't in network if she didn't catch that. She helped me to avoid all of that and avoid a ton of headaches.She also found me another surgeon (who was excellent)! I highly recommend Dr. Look!

Dismissed issues and did not have a follow up schedule as stated. She did not let my mother speak about her symptoms and issues

Diana Look has been very attentive and helpful from my very first visit in January, 2021. I've been very pleased with her "bedside manner", her ability to identify a fairly rare skin condition, a fast and easy annual physical, her responsiveness via the online portal, and her willingness to process refill requests fast (amazing enough getting refills approved has proven a huge issue with other healthcare providers in my experience).

Dr. Diana Look is the worst doctor I've seen. So unprofessional! She is my assigned PCP but I'm going to change to a different PCP

I found out that Diana is no longer with Northwest Family Practice. This makes me very sad as I have been seeing her for a long time. If I had to guess it would be 10 plus years. I never wanted to see the doctor always Diana. She is truly gifted, she cares and it shows. I will miss her.

She is the most amazing, caring person ever. She have been taking care of me and my family for many years. All of her diagnosis and references are always right and to the point. Recently, she was the only one finding the problems for my husband health.

Diana has been our NP since 2002. My husband and I see her on an annual basis for our physicals and as needed. Her approach to healthcare is amazing. She listens, allows us to ask questions, and is very encouraging in helping us maintain our health. She also has a great sense of humor which is appreciated when you see your healthcare provider. She knows us well and that’s why we don’t hesitate to travel 30~45minutes to see her.

I've gone to NW Family Practice for about 20 years now and besides the doctors there, have visited Diana Look a number of times. She takes time to talk to her patients and gets to know them and she treats them quickly and efficiently. I recommend her to anyone.
