I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Reiss! When I fractured my ankle, I was feeling scared and uncertain about what my recovery would look like. From the very first appointment, Dr. Reiss put me at ease with her warm and compassionate demeanor. She took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions in a clear and understandable way. Throughout the course of my treatment, Dr. Reiss demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. She was able to accurately diagnose my injury and create a treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. She was always available to address any concerns or questions that I had, and she was genuinely invested in my recovery and well-being.

My husband, daughter, and I have all seen Dr Reiss for PT. We’ve seen her to treat ankles, wrists, backs, and legs. She is knowledgeable and caring. Her office is comfortable to work in and is well-stocked with all the exercise equipment a patient could need. I’d recommend Dr Reiss to anyone!

I was a long term patient of Reiss PT for many years and recently graduated!!! They’ve gotten me through several surgeries. Hands down the best. Today I am moving almost like I did in my 20’s. I thrilled this place takes my insurance and was half the commute as UCLA. They even gave me an appt for the same week, took my insurance info over the phone, and I emailed the paperwork with copies of my insurance cards. I canceled all my future appointments at the previous PT place I'd been to for the last month, which is busy and hard to reschedule. Friday the 12th of August, I navigated past tent city and arrived early for my 3:45 appt. Braids behind the counter whispers, "your insurance only covers 80% so you'll need to pay the rest." I tell her I found this clinic from the Medicare approved list that states you accept what Medicare pays and don't charge anything over. She repeated that Medicare only covers 80%, I need to fork over the rest each visit. Ah. Medicare must've misunderstood her rules. I will call them Monday to let them know that even though she's on their list of providers that accept their fees, she's playing by her rules. She didn't have a single F to give when I turned to walk out the door. She said nothing, like "sorry" "have a nice day", etc.
