I’m good hands, kind and listening
I haven’t always had the best experience with doctors. Mostly due to apathy and “oh I’ve seen this before, you’re fine” kind of attitude. Diane listened and came up with a plan. I felt like I mattered. Very grateful for me experience and feel like I am in good hands with her. That’s the way you treat patients to build trust!
