Totally professional, caring, and has a genuine huge heart! She deals with my mother (not an easy task, lol) and I very well. She is extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond for her patients!

Wonderful care for my parents

Followed Diane for approximately 2 years with my family. Everything seemed ok till our 4 year old daughter became I'll with a simple UTI. Switching practitioners immediately!! I would never recommend this person to anyone, especially those with young children. She only prescribe s "certain" medications. Then I try to call the office for help and get nothing but poor attitude and animosity from this woman. I ended up having to take my daughter to an urgent care for treatment!!

Scheduled an early mrng appt so I could possibly avoid the doc "running behind". Once taken back to exam room, I had to wait another 25 min & I could hear Dr. Gilliland chatting w/staff about non work related matters. When she finally came in the exam room, she was not prepared in terms of having reviewed my previous tests & hlth history. In fact, SHE asked ME when my last tests were & results. When I told her she should have that in my file she said, "I do but I’d have to go digging for it”.
