Diane Kotsaftis, NP

Diane's office staff are welcoming and warm. Diane is knowledgeable caring and listens well to concerns and addresses them promptly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone going through perimenopause and Beyond.

I didn’t feel a warmth when visiting Diane. It felt very clinical, with an air of arrogance, rather than a caring NP who wants to put her patients at ease. That said, I do believe she is a very knowledgeable ARNP and I trust her with my care, but I felt like the warm body attached to a file spread open on her desk, occupying a chair in her office, as if I were going to talk to a financial planner instead. I prefer a practitioner with knowledge AND a good bedside manner, and though I know it can be hard to find the right fit, Diane was not it for me. She had the least warmth of that all too important trait in an NP of any NP I’ve ever seen. Her staff, however, are wonderfully warm!

Diane is so responsive when I had an irregular mammogram she was calling me thst day. That actuall caring advice is hard to come by these days

I can't imagine a medical doctor withholding drugs from someone that alter their brain chemistry but here she is. I'm sorry I don't want to go to follow up appts just so you can take my money but I have a vet who knows and remembers my dog better she remembers me and my symptoms and reasons for seeing her!! Not to mentions unless you don't work and are a pampered housewife her office hours are completely useless
