Bad experience
I recently had a consultation with Diane Masser-Frye for genetic counseling, but unfortunately, the experience left me quite disappointed. While I was hoping for a professional and thorough session, I found that the service fell short in several areas. There were aspects of the consultation that felt unprofessional, and overall, it didn’t meet the standard I was expecting. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail, which would significantly enhance the client experience.
