I saw Diane on three occasions, one via Zoom and two in person. On all three occasions, Diane was professional, compassionate and easy to talk with. She listened to me, explained the EMDR process thoroughly, and taught me some techniques to help me deal with a past trauma. Scheduling was easy and she was always on time. I would recommend Diane without reservation.
