Unfortunately, like most in the medical profession today, they are rigorously taught to place a diagnosis on each patient. More importantly a diagnosis that typically calls for a toxic pharmecuetical substance to treat the symptoms regardless of the origin. No critical thinking allowed! So. don't waste your time explaining your history because no one is listening. In my case they simply bypassed the test results which contradicted the treatment they administered and recommended injections which are destructive to the joints. It pays to be skeptical and refuses any treatment they recommend until you go over any labs or x-ray images yourself. Their ultimate goal is to hasten destruction, delay the natural , innate healing of the body and make you a candidate for some invasive surgery procedure. After all, how will young orthopedic interns obtain experience? That's what you are there for. At the very least refuse any treatment until you have had time to research.
