She was super kind and supportive even though I was having a terrible reaction to my procedure. Everyone was so nice and they brought me a heating pad, a cold towel to put on my forehead, some juice, and some crackers for me. I had to stay in there for an extra hour and they were very nice about it and didn't pressure me to leave before I was ready. Would definitely recommend- especially for younger women concerned about birth control

Diane was wonderful. She gave me a thorough explanation of the procedure before it was done; Even though I already knew what was coming, it was comforting. I was surprised at how much time she spent in the room; I didn't feel rushed at all. I also felt like she spoke to me as an equal and there was not a trace of condesention.
