Apparently the cure for sleep problems is a heavy reliance upon over the counter PM medication. I'll at least acknowledge the fact that she isn't a sleep specialist but c'mon now. Telling somebody to rely so heavily on sleep aid just doesn't seem sensible. After seeking additional help my issues were resolved all without the abuse of sleep meds. Unless you've got a minor boo boo I'd suggest seeking another medical practitioner.
