Dr. Diedra Duchock, PHD

I first saw her when I was around 7-8, and I can honestly 15-20 years later she ruined therapy for me. If I wasn’t showing improvement under her care, she would raise her voice, threatened I would have to see her longer, ect. This is woman traumatized me. I have struggled with all sorts of things that probably could have been achieved with therapy, but this woman ruined therapy for me. I’ll never go to therapy again thanks to her, and will fully blame her for it. ~Sincerely, a person who will go through life struggling with things that could have been avoided if the person they were meant to trust treated them better, instead of verbally abusing children. I hope people see this before sending their children to her. It has been over a decade and I am still unable to trust a therapist.

Very friendly, very professional, and extremely easy to communicate with.

I am a very easy going person, but i had a hard time connecting with Dr. Duchock. She wasn't even my therapist...she was my child's therapist and neither one of us could connect with her. Very condescending and impatient. If your child is already struggling with self-esteem and confidence, don't go to Dr. Duchock.

I always found Dr. Duchock to be really condescending. Going to see her became a stressful routine that I thought was just a part of going to therapy, until I started seeing a new therapist and realized, no, Dr. Duchock just isn't very good with per patients. For some reason I continued to go see her before I came to the conclusion that she was doing nothing for me, so I started seeing someone else.

I have an appointment with her at 0545 but I got at the desk at 0550, she was gone out of the building when I got there. What kind of therapist is she. When she is late it is OK. We have waited multiple time to see her and she cuts her time short by 5 to 15min. I cancelled all my appointment with her because I had enough with her. She don't care for her patient well being and helping. For me she cares about her wallet to make money in the name of patient. Will report to psych board

I had an appointment with Dr. Duchock today regarding bariatric surgery, she was very kind and easy to talk to. I will admit I was very nervous going into it but the process was so smooth and simple and she really made me feel very comfortable. Who ever is feeling nervous, please rest assured she is so kind.
