Deceptive billing
DECEPTIVE BILLING. I am an uninsured cancer patient. After impressing upon the staff my financial concerns I used the $89 monthly plan, and told there was a 2 month minimum. It was made CLEAR I could only afford 2 months & would NOT be ongoing. I made both payments in person, no mention of auto billing whatsoever. Upon seeing a pending charge I immediately canceled the plan and was still charged. After repeated attempts to contact and resolve the situation "the joint" continues to ignore all communication. I regret 1 star is the lowest review to give.
