The PA seemed to make only the minimal examination of my physical condition, trusting to blood and urine samples to provide any necessary information. Dutifully gave me referrals to two (?) doctors for possible hip and spinal cortisone injections. When asked about treatment for shaky hands, she said we would talk about it after the lab results were in. She contacted me, but no such talk ensued. When I returned the call, a receptionist (?) assured me that a referral to a neurologist (do I really need a neurologist?) would be mailed to me. I have not received such a referral.

Diviyalaxmi is one of the best healthcare providers I know. She’s very understanding and knowledgeable. I will stick with her for my physical check ups.

She went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and check all my symptoms. Additionally, she truly listened to me and had already familiarized herself with my case, despite not being my regular practitioner

Went to get a battery of tests after involuntary exposure to a contagious disease. After my appointment, I was told by another medical professional via second opinion that I should have received treatment immediately even before receiving the results as a precaution. When I brought this to Divi's attention during a follow up call, her bleak reply was "Oh, were you exposed?" As if she did not read the chart when I called to follow up nor evidently paid attention during my initial visit with her. Her blatant negligence is not only insulting, but disturbing. There is no place for such cavalier people in the healthcare industry.
