No Knowledge of How to Care for Women or Runners
During a visit with Mr. Chan for a piriformis injury, I mentioned that I did weight lifting a few times a week. He proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't weight lift as a runner because I will have more weight to carry around and stated that he believed my weight lifting is why I didn't "look like a runner." So in addition to insulting how I look (my BMI is completely normal at 22), he is clearly clueless about the research that weight lifting while performing intense running like marathon training helps to prevent injury. Stay far far away from this guy. Ignorance is dangerous.
