I have been experiencing waiting in the room way past my appointment time this time it was 45 minutes I feel it is unacceptable to sit there for 45 minutes after my appointment time and then only see dr for maybe 2 minutes at the most????

Very compassionate and takes her time with you no matter how busy the office is.

She listens carefully and trys to understand what you're going through. She talks it through with you and gives you advice.

I am not very comfortable with some of the staff. I had paid every copay and every fee I may owe. I go in with all my receipts because everythime billing calls saying I owe all this money. I cringe at check in because they again say I owe all this money. Each and every time that’s why I get receipts. They say they don’t see those payments in my file then just stand there with every receipt sometimes they’re rude to me and I didn’t nothing wrong but produce my receipts. And they’re the ones that take my money and print my receipts. Then they say you have to take it up with billing. Why? I paid you and have my receipts they were missing some of these payments but I had my receipts. Billing and the receptionist should be on the same page. They’re not very pleasant. By the time I leave I am so upset and cry going to my car. But, I love my physician assistant been a patient for close to 10 years I moved and just started at this office in December this happens every time I check in.

I have been with Clearway Pain Mgmt since 2015 for chronic pain. I have seen all the providers at some point, but for the past 4 years I have primarily seen Dodzi. I like everyone there, but I prefer Dodzi- she takes the time to listen to any issues I may be having. She is very nice, and professional. I have seen reviews of other Pain Specialists (outside of this company) that treat their patients like addicts. I have never felt this way about anyone at Clearway. Dodzi in particular is very compassionate and understanding. She wants to help. She is a wonderful person, who in my opinion, goes above and beyond.

Dr Bell-Dzide is a really compassionate provider. I trust and like her a lot. Very caring!

Excellent treatment and she explained the treatment process in terms I could understand. She is a very good asset to the practice.

She listens and is very thorough on all my health issues she asked questions about each and is very understanding and kind she listens and makes me feel like she really cares to help me with my pain and gives me other suggestions that might help
