Donald was awful, just awful. He pretty much ignores the fact that you are your own expert when it comes to psychiatric care. He consistently invalidated me and would become defensive when I brought up issues I had with him. Three times he got my prescription wrong with my pharmacy. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for prescriptions I no longer needed but couldn't return.

He looks like a newborn baby but knows his stuff. He's very good with comparing medications and doses. He will accept some stubbornness, but pushes for answers when resisted. The more open you are, the more control you can have over the direction of appointments. He's a little cocky in knowing conditions intimately, but doesn't let that skew the care he offers. He will also listen to apprehensions about treatment and discuss other courses.
