Clinician Does Not Care
Telehealth
Donna was 20 minutes late to our very first couple's counseling session. She then no showed our second session. This was our very first time trying couple's counseling and we were looking for some support and this was extremely disappointing. When she did end up joining the first session late, she was in bed and did not address the fact that she was late. She then told us she would send us some worksheets and materials, but forgot until her supervisor reminded her. We would not recommend this clinician, as she does not seem to take the job seriously.

Unprofessional into to Couple's Counseling
Telehealth
Donna was 20 minutes late to our very first couple's counseling session. She then no showed our second session. We really enjoy her sessions and are getting lots of worksheets , feedback and help from Donna. We are Iโ€™m passed everything and moving towards healthier communication

The most unprofessional "therapist" I have ever encountered. I'm not going to go into details, but if you are looking for someone who has it together, this woman is not it.
