I completed my first visit last week and was happy with many aspects of the appointment. Bill who answers the phone and helps with scheduling is extremely nice. He is patient and really seems to care. He is also knowledgeable about eyes and has a good wealth of expertise in the field. Dr. Fitt is also very nice. She takes her time, completes the exams nd explains everything to you. The only thing I could say is the equipment the office uses seems a little old, but a good experience.
