Showed up knowing something was wrong with my son. She claimed it was a virus. I knew better based off of behavior and other items then have to take him back a second time 4 days later with pneumonia.

She was nice but I was not happy with appt. The forehead thermometer they had did not read accurately. A quick click to my childs forehead showed a temp of 97.4 approx, when he was boiling hot and shivering at the time. His fever at home had been registering 101 up to 102. And he had a bad cough. He was neg to all swabs done (flu, strep and covid) so she sent us home after a brief exam telling us it was just a virus that needed to run its course. No antibiotics were needed. And I asked about the possibility of pneumonia and was told it was not pneumonia since he didn't have a fever. Once arriving at home from the appt, our thermometer registered the temp at 101.9. The very next day, My child was diagnosed with pneumonia in the ER wh his fever reaching 104. A chest xray would have caught this, that day. With a Cough and Fever, an xray should have been part of the workup in my opinion.

She has a great bedside manner. Quick and efficient. She answered all my questions. She even helped me find a pharmacy open on Sunday! Overall a great experience.

Checked in with moderate Covid symptoms. Short wait and good experience.

We are quickly brought to the room and Donna Marvel was in moments later. She was very caring with my young daughter.

She was very caring and knowledgeable. She answered all my concerns with confidence and explained each option of my treatment. Her diagnosis and treatment were spot on since my issues were better in a couple of days.

Donna Marvel is very personable. She listened to my issues and concerns. Then she checked me out and prescribed a plan of care. She was right on it. Took care of my issues pretty quick. I would recommend Donna Marvel to my friends and family for sure.

She was very attentive and listened to my symptoms on my recent visit to Urgent Care. It’s good to know this location is available for urgent needs since my own N/P could not see me until November 29.

She was very helpful and referred us to the ER for CT Very respectful for our elderly parent!

Great care

Couldn’t fill out a simple physical form because “she didn’t know me” isn’t that the point of the physical to examine the patient to fill it out? Super rude and dismissive when trying to speak with her. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

Not kind or caring at all. Didn't listen. Rude.
