Inconsistent recommendations, limited capacity
Telehealth
Donna was the only counselor available among many, not our first choice in working out co-parenting issues. She takes a forensic approach, and was unwilling to stand by any recommendations she made (re: time sharing, custody, etc) from session to session. She also misquoted myself and my ex-partner on multiple occasions, and refused to admit that she falsely attributed phrases to each of us. After a handful of sessions, we moved on as her capacity to counsel in the context of complex mental health conditions is very limited. See her only if you have a working relationship with your partner (or co-parent), and know there is a limit to her skills.
