She is not invested in her career as evidenced by her lack of willingness to follow proper protocol. She stated she would look up the surgery and it's OT recovery process, but never followed through. She also did not understand the differences in surgery selections and openly disagreed with the one that was done by the specialist.

Absolutely the worst therapist I have ever encountered. She was pushy, rude, egotistical and lacked compassion. Her “office” was messy with items stacked everywhere. She made a custom splint which did not fit and ultimately caused me additional problems. She bragged about her years of service. I absolutely would not recommend or see her again. It is time for her to move on to another line of work
