This provider was so rude and un-helpful that I thought I was the crazy one. I should have walked out, but did not...of course...I needed a care plan. She was short with me, gave me NONE of the Info I asked about, explained NOTHING, even when I asked repeatedly. I thought I was being punked in a horrible way by how this provider treated me and behaved. Do not trust that this provider will care about you OR your health.

Amazing as always!
Donna was absolutely amazing as always and listened to all of my concerns. even though it was a well woman exam she listened to other concerns of mine, i've been seeing her for years and don't trust anyone else!

She is very personable. Always with a smile. Very thourou and great diagnostic. She is the BEST I ever had. I feel very confident to go to her. I know I am very well taken care of for my OB needs and more.

I came to Donna Figaro-Sheffey for a second opinion and my first appointment I walked out. She was so unprofessional and made me feel like I was crazy for everything that I said. I ended up telling her she made me feel unheard and she told me to leave. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

Very friendly, open and informative.
Donzella inquired about my family and personal things I had mentioned in the previous visit which was very nice of her to follow up on and very welcoming. She was very open and honest and happy to explain and give more details and advice. She did not rush anything and was happy to spend time talking and explaining things.

Best care received in Phoenix
Excellent. I have been seeing her and Dr. Sorkin-Wells for 11 years, and I will continue to see Donna now that Dr. Sorkin-Wells has retired. Always receive the best care, advice and treatment. Donna is a treasure! Although I do miss the chocolates on the pillow :)

AZ Wellness for Women provides excellent care! I have been a patient for over 20 yrs- the PA’s, Donna and Heather are purely professional, and offer solutions and experience to guide our complete health. I travel 2 hours back and forth for my visit, they are definitely worth the drive!
