Impossibly difficult requiring the cancellation of Monday appointments by the preceding Friday as if its possible to know what life will bring 3 days in the future.

Have been going to Dorit Margalit's practice for over a year now. One of the staff members I have been seeing has been very good. She's considerate and a good listener and makes me feel safe. However, there is a cancellation policy in 24 hours. I woke up one morning with a fever and had to cancel, went to the ER and was diagnosed with strep. They still charged me for a cancellation fee because I had to cancel within 24 hours, even though it was a medical emergency. My therapist could not help, as it's under Dorit's policy. I feel very betrayed and abandoned by those who were supposed to be helping me. Now I'm not sure if I can go back or trust them. What is another emergency happens? The people treating my anxiety have made it worse.
