Exceptional listening comprehension
What stood out for me was Douglas' level of ability to listen, understand and empathize with what I was sharing. I get very easily sidetracked when sharing my past troubles, but Douglas was able to follow my experiences and guide me back to the main topic or point, very tactfully. I have never felt more comfortable sharing such traumas as I did with him, and that was more important than I realized before this. Very professional.
