My wife developed a stye overnight and it looked horrible. We called Dr. Cook's office and he was able to work us in the same afternoon! Wrote a prescription for anti-biotic and an eye ointment and covered the items to look for verbally and in his written notes. Very professional! We were new patients, but I am also scheduling my eye exams with him as well!
