Rude. Unhelpful
Terrible. Rude. Only referred me to other specialists because he couldn’t provide proper care. Not sure what he’s doing there. Completely ineffectual.

Okay for people with average health...
While Dr. Cook was polite I still left feeling dismissed. He questioned some of my symptoms, didn't fill several of my prescriptions, sent one prescription with wrong directions, and referred me to several unnecessary specialists. When an educated person (pre-med, nursing, etc) comes in and has been dealing with health issues longer than you've practiced medicine there should be more collaboration between the doctor and patient regarding the treatment "plan". I guess the reasons for my going to med school and the reasons current doctors go are completely different.

While MHC has many good medical practitioners Mr Cook is not among them. His behavior reflects that of MHC administrators: promising but not delivering. He made himself very hard to contact, didn’t listen to my concerns and questions, and did the opposite of my requests.

Terrible care. Terrible attitude. Couldn’t care less about his job it seems. Failed to order important labs. Didn’t seem invested or present at all. I don’t know what is going on with him he used to be a caring doctor.
