Dr. Briley is on the OIG exclusionary list for an undetermined time due to a health related conviction. His office can not see any Medicare its. He is currently not a licensed mid-level practitioner due to sanctions by the state of TN. Most of his credentials are fabricated. He is currently a restricted RN in the state of TN with no multi-state privileges. He plead guilty to stealing the identity of a radiologist to administer care under Medicare in violation of US code 18 USC 1028, 1035.

Hands down the best FNP in Jackson. I highly recommend him to everyone! While I choose to focus on cosmetics, for serious illness, he's the guy!
