APPARENTLY THE RECEPTIONIST BOOKED TWO APPOINTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME. IT WAS FOR 2:00 PM. I ARRIVED AT 1:45. ANOTHER PATIENT ARRIVED AT 2:05. THEY CALLED IN THE OTHER PATIENT AND WHEN I REMINDED THEM I WAS AT 2:OO, THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME I WAS AT 2;30. I SHOWED HER MY APPOINTMENT NOTATION ON MY INSURANCE SHEET AND SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT OR RE- BOOK. SNIDE, NASTY, CURT AN UNAPOLOGETIC. NGUYEN BACKED HER UP. I WILL NEVER GO BACK
