Dunya Deiner, ARNP

As good an experience as could be given what treatments and procedures were required.

I have been going to Dunya Deiner for 3-4 years now. She’s very sweet and professional. She goes over me and removes anything that doesn’t look good to her. Her forever patient!

Dunya seemed genuinely interested in what's going on with my skin. She was very caring and communicated well.

In December 2023 I had a very small growth removed from my right cheek by Evdakiya Deiner APRN. I went to have it looked at because I had previously had a basal cell growth removed from my face 15 years ago. Ms. Deiner looked at it and immediately removed it for a biopsy. She instructed me to put a band aid on it for a certain number of days and told me they would get back to me with the results of the biopsy. They called and told me the biopsy was negative. Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery did not schedule any follow up. When I finally took the band aid off I had an indentation and hyperpigmentation where the growth was. Months went by and it did not heal. I called and made an appointment with Ms Deiner and when she saw the scar she stated "I have never seen anything like this." She offered me samples of flesh colored sunscreen. There was no offer of any type of corrective action. I then called and made an appointment with Dr. Grammanos and showed her the scar I was left with. She asked, "Which bothers you more the indentation or the hyperpigmentation?" I told the doctor I wanted Advanced Dermatology to take corrective measures to improve the nasty scar I was left with. The small growth I had on my face was nothing compared to what I have now. I was told by the Doctor that the Office Manager Alnora Maguire would call me back that afternoon. I never heard back from anyone at Advanced Dermatology. I called again and requested a call back from the Office Manager. I did not hear back from anyone. This dermatology practice takes no responsibility for the actions of their providers or the damage incurred on their patients. I will take further action to notify the appropriate parties of the damage Evdakiya Deiner did to my face. Patients take notice, if you are in need of dermatology care...Avoid This Practice.

No wasted time waiting around, Punctual, examined in detail quickly, professionally and office staff very cordial and coordinated. An efficient visit to the Dr. !

She has a very gruff manner. It appeared that she was angry about conducting the annual skin exams for my wife and I and providing treatment. She was competent but brusquely explained our required treatment and care instructions.

I have nothing but good things to day about Dunya. She is professional and knowledgable. I do think, though, that a charge of $70+ for less than 10 minutes to be told I will need to see some other specialist is a bit much. I understand a time slot was taken for my appt but perhaps a lesser charge since she could not help me. And I am a self-pay patient.

She and Charlie were great. Charlie gives good numbing needles and Dunya did a painless scraping for a biopsy.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere.Dunya was very proficient. Charley was great.

Dunya is wonderful! She is very thorough with her exams, explains everything in detail, and is super personable! I highly recommend her frequently!

Not happy with the wait time to see my provider. She is excellent, but the wait was too long.

Experience was swift and to the point. My primary doctor gave a brief statement of the object on my arm. Ms. Deiner confirmed. She had it sectioned and sent for further review. If a growth looks bad, I suggest one pay her a visit. It is worth the time and life saving.

Biopsy was quick and painless.

Dunya was kind and very informative. She immediately addressed my concerns and started a treatment plan to address all issues. Dunya and her staff were all professional and welcoming.

So knowledgeable and professional while remaining warm and friendly. I felt comfortable with her decision to freeze my precancerous lesion instead of disturbing the site to remove.

Taken on time for my visit and treated very professionally. Will be going back in 6 months for a full body check.
