horrible experience..... he ordered wrong exrays, misdiagnosed me not having cancer, dodged every phone call and never picked up, cancelled my appoinmymts because i couldnt get through to office who never picks up, lies about billing, etc etc etc

Although I have no complaints about Earl Trinidad's timeliness in responding and reacting to patient questions and concerns, I do take issue with his communicative skill set. Having used my patient portal to request and schedule necessary lab work to renew my prescriptions, he responded that he had authorized the lab work, but did not let me know whether I needed to be fasting or not, and then sent me to a diagnostics lab that did not take my insurance. So I had to call his office the morning of my lab appointment to find out that I needed to be fasting, then was unable to eat or drink until 2:30 in the afternoon, only to get there and find out that they wouldn't accept my insurance. My suggestions to Mr. Trinidad would be: - Know what you're doing with referrals. - Tell your patients more than they need to know, rather than less.
