No Show to Video Appointment
Telehealth
Wanted an appointment with my Primary Care Physician at Standford Health but was told would have to wait 6 months and I might get in faster if I took a video appointment with a PA. After waiting for months for a PA video appointment and cancelling important meetings, she didn't show up to a scheduled video appointment. I waited 40 minutes online and called her office 3 times and was told she was just would be coming online soon. She never showed. So disappointed by Standford's appointment practices and with Ebony Tinsley and my PCP in particular!
