This was the only provider on my insurance site that had almost 50 positive reviews. I hoped I would get good quality care from this place but it was nothing but a nightmare. First, they lost my appointment after I got confirmation the week prior, then they told me that they wouldn't give me my adhd meds more than a month at a time because of 'recent restrictions'. I found out that was a bold faced lie after talking to my insurance and my pharmacy. I have been taking these meds for 10 years because I need them to function as a teacher. The worst part was that they forgot to send in my script and the PA so I can get my meds filled.Their office closes right at 4pm, and there is no voicemail system. This experience has been worse than when I was a patient at village medical, and that was pretty bad.

I haven’t seen a doctor in many years and he helped me with everything on my “list” of issues. Great beside manner, very grateful to have been scheduled with Mr. Torres. I was very nervous to talk about everything but he put me at ease. I will be scheduling my appointments with him from now on.
