When we actually spoke Ed was great but after my EAP sessions he ghosted me. I tried reaching out several times to contact him and he never got back to me, even after my suicide attempt.

Horribly dishonest. Had serious problems with the billing. Was billed in excess of $100 in error twice. Was a difficult process to get this corrected.
