Elaine knew exactly what I needed to do to get back to 100% after surgery repairing a separated distal bicep tendon. I followed her instructions from start to finish of my rehab stint and am now back to where I was prior to the tendon separation. Should the need arise, I will definitely be back to rehab with her.
