I am currently a patient where Elaine used to work and am ebullient that she is retiring! When I had concerns with an occupational therapy intern some years ago, Elaine screamed at me and treated me like the former did: as if I were inferior because I was a patient. This is absolutely unforgivable behavior and I hope to never encounter it again.
