My husband was diagnosed with a life threatening disease. We came to this dr because she was the first available in our area. She walked in the room: did not introduce herself, was very dismissive and told my husband his numbers from his blood work “were horrible” after he just went through a life threatening situation. She gave him no helpful information and failed to fill his medications for three weeks. When she did refill the medications it was the wrong ones. Careless. This dr failed to make a patient priority and acted like we were a problem for wanting the correct refill. Will absolutely not be back.

Elda was really nice and answered all of the questions I had. I will be going back and hope that I will see her again.

Recently went in to the clinic for small lacerations that requires stitches . she was very matter of fact and and was rough when working on me. She did not provide any information on how to clean and care for stitches , did not inform me when to have them removed . I had to ask the other people working there what I needed to do.She acted like she was doing me a favor . Will not be recommending her and if she is the only PA working at the clinic for any future visits Inwould rather leave .

Up to now I had good service at this clinic . I spent a total of 3 hours in the office and barely three minutes with the health caregiver. The exam was shoddy. I complained about sore throat, cough, sinus and a ear ache. She checked my ear and my throat, and suggested antibiotics.i requested her to check my lungs. I am 80 yrs old and afraid of pneumonia , she complied with my request after saying you were not coughing Neither did she check my glands. This is poor medical practice, andu
