My experience with Elena was disappointing. She arrived late and appeared unprepared, which set the tone for the session. More concerning, however, was the way she handled our discussion on plant-based nutrition. When I attempted to clarify or provide input, she cut me off mid-sentence and insisted on outdated misconceptions—particularly regarding protein intake on a vegan diet.While I value professional guidance, I also expect a practitioner who listens, engages in a meaningful conversation, and provides evidence-based recommendations rather than dismissing well-supported dietary choices. I hope she takes the time to stay updated on current research and improve her approach to client interactions. I hope she takes this feedback as an opportunity to refine her approach and better serve those seeking guidance.

So many years I was dealing with weight issues. It was very difficult to lose any weights. After seeing Elena for a few months I saw results.Elena encouraged me to try new things to enjoy food that I like. Just by making some changes to my eating habits, I lost about 15 lb. Since then, I completely changed my behavior, made adjustments to my emotional eating habits. I still continue to follow her suggestions. I am very grateful to Elena for guiding me and leading me to healthier and happier.
