Very poor communication, cares more about business and money making than actual patient care and services; written communication have a lot of grammatical errors also, unprofessional.

Recently became eligible for insurance and went for a wellness check. NP Lopez told me that she is my PCP and I was happy to hear that. She is very professional and listens.

This woman was a God sent. I was experiencing a difficult situation and NP Lopez listened to what I had to say, and dealt with an ongoing problem. I am grateful for her seeing things for what they are.
